The location was incredible - next to the bars around, City Centre and attractions, and the council. Also, a historical place museum was around the corner.

We met affable and pretty friendly employees.
The hotel was located close to the town centre, restaurants attractions and the council due to the level of noise. The family double room was cheap and neat with a window to the main plaza in front of the pub, so that guests had essentials. Our location was good close to the German market & very central. Also, Jorvik Viking Centre was situated just 1 km away.

Overall it was cheap and spotless with a window to the main plaza in front of the pub. The property's location was great, close to the German market. Besides, we were just next door to the centre of York, all local attractions, and the beer garden to the back of the pub.

We had a such wonderful stay for a quiet visit.
It was really close to eateries, a pup that's open until 4 am in the morning and a town centre at the weekend, particularly good and fantastic location overall. We concluded the day with a sightseeing Jorvik Viking Centre relatively close to the hotel.

Everything was good at this affordable hotel. The family queen room was separate with extremely comfy beds. All the staff were pleasant, incredibly nice.
